My Systematic Process

1 Project Request

The project request is the initial stage of our collaboration. This helps me determine whether I’m the right fit for the job by providing me an overview of what you’re looking for.
If so, we’ll arrange a video chat to discuss this in more detail. I strive to respond to all project requests in a timely manner—within 48 hours.

2 Meeting & Scope

The primary goal of the initial conversation is to build mutual trust and understanding. We will look over specific objectives, deadlines, and requirements, address any ambiguities, and create an understandable, workable plan of action moving forward.

3 Proposal & Timeline

I will draft a customized proposal after I have as much information about your project as possible. My pricing system is project-based rather than hourly. You’ll get a comprehensive breakdown of the costs up front with this approach.

4 Design & Implementation

Once both parties are content with the proposal, I’m ready to start with the implementation. Ensuring transparent communication and regular updates is a priority for me. I’ll keep you in the loop using convenient communication channels like Slack & Whatsapp.

5 Launch

Before launching a client website, the finalized website will go through quality assurance to ensure every last detail is perfect.

What services do you offer exactly?

I specialize in the design and development of high quality lead capturing websites. Additionally, I offer consulting services during your design phase.

What other services do you offer?

I also offer logo design, design mockup & website maintenance services.

Which companies do you work with?

I primarily work with Real Estate Companies, Agencies & Businesses looking to solve a problem with design.

How much does a project cost?

Naturally, project costs vary depending on scope, timescale & complexity. Most of my projects range between $2,000 and $10,000. My minimum engagement fee is $1,000.

How long does a project take?

Projects, understandably, vary in length. But most of my past projects take between 2 weeks and 2 months.

What are the payment terms for a project?
I follow the industry standard of 50% upfront and 50% after launch. This can be adjusted based on the project size. For international payments, I recommend using Revolut, but I am broadly flexible. I do accept crypto payments as well.
Do you work internationally?

Yes. I’m based in Ghana and have clients in the Uk, Australia, Solomon Islands, Ghana, etc.
